Traditionally the moralists and arbiters of right and wrong have seen the body as something sinful and in need of covering. It's my belief that it's those people who ought to be ashamed for staining something as pure, simple and essential as the body with the thought that it is evil.

Thanks to this belief many people are deprived not only of the innocent pleasure of feeling the sun with the whole of their skin but the experience of bathing in flow of living energy which surrounds us.
